Due to popular demand, i have written a new patcher, this supports Halo CE 1.09, 1.08, 1.07 and 1.00 and can convert between those versions (1.09 exe -> 1.00 compat).

some commands don’t work in game when using rcon, but pretty much all work in the dedi file, is there anyway you can fix it so that all commands work with rcon???

like if i want to do cheat_infinite_ammo with rcon lets say it was “fart” i would type “rcon fart cheat_infinite_ammo 1″ but nothing would show up and it didn’t turn on but if i go to the dedi file it works only one ive noticed that works in rcon are the ones that start with “cheat_all_”

you have to wrap the commands in quotes for dev commands so
instead of ‘rcon fart cheat_infinite_ammo 1′ you would do ‘rcon fart “cheat_infinite_ammo 1″‘

or can u make a patch that just doesnt check for key in 09 and works with gandanur

Is there a way to get Server App running on 1.09? I patched haloceded.exe to run sapp, it works, but I want to be able to switch it from 1.00 to 1.09 (via v1 and v2) I’ve seen this before. Not sure how they do it. I tried patching it with this to run on 1.09, but didn’t work, it seems sapp forces the version to be 1.00.
